Kim's extensive experience, knowledge and personality make her an absolute pleasure to work with. To say she goes above and beyond would be an understatement. Kim Chitwood went above and beyond. From the start Kim was able to understand what I was looking for in a home and translate that to real properties. She took her time in showing me around all over Las Vegas. That was the easy part. When it came down to the property I decided on she helped me navigate the buying process with an appropriate purchase price for the current market. Once my offer was accepted she continued to deliver with top notch customer service. Things got rocky because of my abnormal line of work and income. Once again, Kim was there to help with my lender and smooth things over with the buyer. Reassuring them, and myself, that everything was fine and we were on track. I closed on my dream home thanks to Kim and I couldn't be happier. The Phillips family would like to thank you for your outstanding service.
